Dr. Langkau brings years of experience and a passion for patient-centered care. His philosophy is simple: listen first, treat second. By focusing on your concerns and providing care that feels personal, Dr. Langkau ensures every visit leaves you confident and comfortable.
Dr. Walt values the relationships and friendliness of a small town community – he grew up in Eagle River, WI, a small town much like Tipton. From there he went on to complete his college studies at the University of Minnesota, and then moved to Indiana to fulfill his dental training at Indiana University School of Dentistry.
Upon receiving his dental degree, Dr. Walt served five years in the United States Navy as a Dental Officer, providing care to our Navy and Marine Corps service members in South Carolina, North Chicago, and the crew of the USS Gerald R Ford while stationed aboard the nation’s newest nuclear aircraft carrier. Following his time in the Navy, Dr. Walt met his wife Liz and they eventually settled back in Indiana. They have two beautiful daughters, Sloane and Saylor, and a golden retriever named Saje. Dr. Walt enjoys spending his free time with his girls and their dog, being outdoors and being active any way they can.
